Following a general electric outage in our main servers rooms, 3 of our 15 production servers have been damaged.
We are having difficulties to restart our whole infrastructure.
In consequences, only the vital MiNET services such as tickets, adh6, minet.net, payment ... and the WiFi and ethernet network are available.
We are currently working on restoring all our services.
We apologize if you feel some disturbances in the network during the following days.
We are doing everything we can to restore the situation to normal as soon as possible.

Welcome to the MiNET Support Center
In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.
